2. Scope of Services

CompanyLegalSupport offers legal advisory, documentation drafting, compliance review, and representation services tailored for business entities.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, cooperate fully, and adhere to instructions provided by our team. Failure to comply may affect service delivery.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees are set out in separate agreements. Payment must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Enterprise Legal Services

Due to the bespoke nature of enterprise legal support, all fees for advisory and representation services are final and no reimbursements are provided. However, clients may request rescheduling of services subject to availability and notice of at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled date.

5.2 Digital Products

Clients purchasing digital downloads or online courses may request a refund within fourteen calendar days of purchase. To initiate a refund request, please submit details via Contact Form. Approved refund amounts will be reimbursed to the original payment method within thirty days of approval.

5.3 Physical Goods

Physical materials and printed manuals may be exchanged or refunded within thirty calendar days of delivery. Items must remain in original condition and packaging. Clients are responsible for shipping charges to send items back for inspection. Approved refunds will be reimbursed to the original payment method within thirty days of receipt and inspection of the items.

6. Transfers and Rescheduling

Clients may request transfer of scheduled legal services to another suitable date without additional charge, provided notice is received at least seventy-two hours in advance. Transfers are subject to availability.

7. Service Availability

CompanyLegalSupport strives to maintain uninterrupted access but does not guarantee continuous, error-free, or secure service. Maintenance and updates may result in temporary interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CompanyLegalSupport is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
